Return addresses may vary depending on the supplier. Customers must not send items back without first contacting us for instructions.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet food, supplements and equine feed products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
