ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on supplier location and stock availability.
You will not be charged additional shipping for split deliveries unless clearly stated at checkout.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.
We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
